I brought my 2014 Silverado with the AC not working on the drivers side. I thought it was the blend door actuator but was not sure. Took the truck in sharing my thoughts and was told it might be low on refrigerant. Well they checked out the truck and instead of just going with the easy fix they checked everything out did a good fix. It ended up being the blend door actuator for the drivers side which was a difficult fix but they completed the difficult fix, and my AC works great again. Kory showed me pictures of my truck and I am amazed what they had to do to make the needed repairs. What a great place! If you are having problems with your vehicle and are looking for someone to fix it right take it to Kory at Rozema's.
The customer service at Rozema's Car Care was amazing. Kory called right away with an accurate and honest quote. He took the time to explain and answer any questions I had all before work was done. Upon picking up my Audi, I was pleasantly surprised that first and foremost the work was done right and secondly, the messy repair was cleaned up and you couldn't tell that they were even under my hood! On top of all that my final price was quite a bit lower than the quoted price. This kind of quality work and customer service is getting more and more difficult to find....
